Deadhead spent blossoms regulary to encourage new blooms. Shear the plant by 1/3 mid summer to rejuvenate the foliage and stimulate additional flower buds.

Common Name: Tickseed
Daisy-like flowers early summer-fall. Many varieties are in the yellow to gold family; others are burgundy, pink, red, white. Foliage can be fine and feathery (c. verticillata) or more prominent and lance-like (c. grandiflora or c. hybrid) Coreopsis is an excellent choice for garden beds, borders and containers. A favorite due to its long bloom time, ease of growing and for being a pollinator magnet!
